Haiyooooooooo the 1D is not using crop sensor to give more focal length la. Go read up properly regarding crop n FF. The reason why Canon use 1.3 crop on the 1D is because that is the limit for shooting at 10fps. If it was a FF sensor it would result in ghosting. The big sensor cannot discharge quick enough. Current technology does not allow Canon to go bigger than 1.3x at 10fps.

Nikon doesn't do 10fps on FF too. It's the same problem every1 will hit. It's a technological barrier they have hit for now. The nikons are in crop mode when doing max fps.

cz plastic hotshoe vs. metal hotshoe (canon speedlite)

so it doesn't come wif stand?thats bad...

edit: my fren bought the di866 in february dis year...then for duno wad reason he saw one small crack at hotshoe...then he jz say not durable wor...n d heat make the hotshoe's crack even worse?i only rmbr las time he told me that bcz of d plastic cant tahan d heat...n d those non 3rd party one is metal one...no prob vs. heat 
anyway...will like to try out a nissin flash also...dun poison me wif 580EXII

yep and only certain ext. flash can go beyond with sync speed or something like 580ex

True, the main reason of the purpose of me wanted to buy all rounded lens is for easy travel, enjoy and capture memories into images , not for competition. I understand that there are advantages and disadvantages of all round lenses, I am not fuss about the image quality like need not to be 100% perfect and also I saw a lot of images taken by all rounded lenese, the quality is there.

I am looking for advise of which all rounded lens is more suitable for my purpose (50% scenery, 35% buildings, 10% people, 5% night shot) and suite my 550D as well.

Maybe some pro here can give their experience on all rounded lenses
