.... thats the thing... I can finally afford it... just that the rules are no L lens for another 3 months or so... thinking of getting 24-70 l 2.8 usm..

been thinking about it since long before...

ok since I put aside to my body camera upgrade.... thinking of at least upgrading the lens...

Thinking of only 2 choice... 17-55 IS USM or 24-70 L 2.8 USM and then maybe 2 580ex ii or 2 430ex ii for strobe purpose
some say 17-55 IS USM is far shaper than 24-70 L 2.8 and the other said the opposite. Some also said that these 2 doesn't worth the penny... so yeah, any of you guys got any idea? ...

what do you guys think?

P/S: i did my research a....lot.. still I need some input from experienced people in here.
