I'm not sure if repo actually make a difference but I don't think so in xterm. just try again. QUOTE(Eiraku @ Nov 10 2010, 07:48 AM) @XiuKeong: Frankly speaking, the maps on Sygic are complete rubbish outside of major towns. Outdated road data, inadaquate POIs. But in town areas it's okay laaa, but still is sad compared to Garmin. Garmin is by far the best NavSat software I have used. Very accurate.@Shrugs: Run as root and do an "apt-get update" first? Also check if you have the related repos enabled. btw, I thought repo in app manager wouldn't affect. or will it? I think it doesn't matter if you enabled it or not so long you have it there. I think his case as you said apt-update will solve. I have an issue with Asphalt5. Always shut itself down when finish loading after I select a race. and can't create the shortcut as well. I ran it using ./Asphalt5 |

QUOTE(super_evil_alien @ Nov 10 2010, 06:34 PM) If that's the case than better include a larger internal memory like N900. I don't understand why Microsoft say the cards in the market might not be suitable and blah blah blah. it's microsd lar. why their system so special? need special microsd All this fiasco pointing to another failure from Microsoft. Added on November 10, 2010, 6:58 pm QUOTE(gyianz @ Nov 10 2010, 05:25 PM) I think it depends on which type you like. QUOTE(super_evil_alien @ Nov 10 2010, 07:15 PM) But most of the Windows Phone 7 manufacturers ship their product with class 4 microSD which is probably the slowest microSD cards in market. Don't forget got class 2. No matter how I think this seems to be a stupid idea. HTC phones needs to be dismantled & raped to change the card,Samsung phone also similar story but no need extreme dismantling & Dell's phone have easy access to the card slot there is a warranty sticker preventing users to change the card I used to use matte but changed to clear because the colour of the screen is simply much better with clear SP. Fingerprint isn't a big problem..Just wipe it out once in a while. Microsoft really know how to play around with people's mindset towards their product. Normal mass consumer sure think it's true and dare not change and stuff like this so stay fix to that size lor |

QUOTE(cartman87 @ Nov 10 2010, 07:08 PM) what about XP2000? is it the same(after unplug then kenot charge)? I suggest you go for Sanyo Eneloop Mobile Booster. It cost RM160 only from a seller in lyn. Energizer cost a lot more and lower. XP4000 cost 400+ in lyn and has only 4000mAh whereas Sanyo Eneloop Mobile Booster xxI forgot modelxx cost 160 and have 5000mAh. if you don't need all the extra adapter that comes with Energizer, I suggest going for Sanyo. Though I would love to go for energizer if I have enough $$ to spend. the adapter tip, request from the shop or energizer? jz nw i checked their website, have to pay min $ for handling and shipment fees(how to pay ar?). btw, Energizer has a higher output compared to Sanyo. Do your own research before buying. This is just what I remember in my brain now |

Everyone here is a tech-enthusiast. That's why don't need to sleep for tech sick
N900 needs more Physical RAM in my personal opinion so the memory swap can be reduced greatly preventing flickery from happening to your running operations. Proc, I'm more than happy to see a Cortex on this device 32gb is awesome, adding the fact that you can have another 32 from the expansion slot. And 1 very important thing. The battery btw, I'm still having issue with Asphalt5 installation. It shuts itself down when loading and desktopgen still shows not executable Added on November 12, 2010, 9:04 amMeiLi, there's still people moving files away from your Dropbox. Your Quick Panorama folder is empty. I uploaded my version. This post has been edited by hengguowei: Nov 12 2010, 09:04 AM |

QUOTE(DET_D5t @ Nov 12 2010, 09:57 AM) Guys..Just check my bills. Did you move the files away?At first. i'm heppy cause my MMS is being charged as per pic msg charged (25 cent p/mms) But then, at the bottom, got that "GPRS/EDGE/3G 2,900KB = RM 29.00" Now i'm confused, how they charged for the mms. I didn't surf the intrnet using 3G, unless buy the 1hour pass.. Added on November 12, 2010, 9:57 am Btw Grandmaster, for now is it the v45 supports Uboot? i really2 want to taste the meego experience.. Last resort, i maybe uninstalled the titan's kernel... I tried to read the changelog, but it too technical for me.. Need time to really understand it..huhu Sorry Sifu for asking.. Added on November 12, 2010, 10:00 am I hope it wasn't me b'coz i oso go into meLi dropbox dis morning b4 go to work..huhu Almost everything is gone in the apps folder The FMMS software doesn't charge according to MMS charges. It charges through data charges. The larger your image file size, the more expensive it will be to send through FMMS. Beware of data charges. I believe if you have unlimited data package, it will be cool sending lots of MMS via FMMS This post has been edited by hengguowei: Nov 12 2010, 10:05 AM |

QUOTE(super_evil_alien @ Nov 12 2010, 10:35 AM) True also. I think I have read it somewhere that those with external power supply will work on N8 USB-OTG.Perhaps the h-e-n team could add for buttons in the program for different mounting? Have you tried connecting external hard disk in N8?Does it work? |
