http://n900.tannerlab.com/kernel/fcam/fcam...0.7-1_armel.deb
Download this file, rename it to fcam.deb & dump it at MyDocs aka internal memory
Open terminal
Type "root"
Type "dpkg -i fcam.deb"
Reboot & everything should work again.

Download http://www.mediafire.com/?r8dtyd9y1708bs4
Put this file in

1. /usr/bin
2. chmod 777 /usr/bin/flash.sh
3. try run at xterm /usr/bin/flash.sh

If working put this in /usr/bin/flash.sh QBW

TQ

Tried this but was not working before. Will give it a 2nd chance later.

Your systemui contain some bad script.
Who's this super evil alien you guys keep on talking about...  shakehead.gif  whistling.gif
Yes.
In order to make h-e-n work need 3 thing; 1)h-e-n(from app manager) 2)kernel-power v45 3)Some terminal command(because h-e-n still have mounting issue.

And just in case you brick your phone after updating to kernel power v45,post here & I'll post back the fix.
Err...It's on why default isn't it?
If your's not working maybe it's because of outdated fcamera driver.
Already fix fcam driver with the 1 posted here b4.. or got a new driver..?? My cam is working but my nortification light is out..

sifu super master alien, yea thats true, after 6hour without usage,it turn itself off.
my irreco is working. can control tv. but tv must turn on 1st then try press ur irreco chng channel . but u need to find ur remote control model first.after it reconigse, then u can on /off tv , max distance is about 15-20 meter.

hi..u should check the settings for "LOCATION" under setting-->location..both of the options should not be ticked to prevent battery drain..and also, if you could also check for "INTERNET CONNECTIONS" setting, you should change to "ALWAYS ASK"..

these 2 by default are turned on, and that causes massive battery drain...

that means, overclocking to 900mhz is unstable for you..try lower such as 850mhz or 900mhz..

first, install enhanced power kernel (settings)

then,
CODE

root
kernel-config load ideal
kernel-config limits 250 900
kernel-config show

the last code will produce an output that shows the min and max frequency..

if it doesn't reboot, and stable for a day or two, and you wish to make it permanent, u can save it as "profile"

CODE
root
kernel-config load ideal
kernel-config limits 250 900
kernel-config save profile
kernel-config default profile

Now, when you reboot, it will auto-load "profile" with ideal voltage with min/max cpu frequency on 250/900 mhz..

if however, you experienced reboot when OC to 900, change the value lower to 850 or 800..then only save it..

further to the above...

there are other profile like
ulv
xlv
lv

i think one more...

choose either one and then you can set limit.... then folow the above....

save whatever name you like and not only profile... you can save it as abc then default abc...

cheers...

Not everyone can use ideal profile. As jananan already explained few pages ago, this could be caused by bad badge of processors.
Very few of members phone here working stable with ideal profile.
