Hi GUys
Just came back from the phase 5 site, 1st floor and ground floor bed room tiles has been changed from porcelain (as what stated in the brochure) to cheap ceramic tiles size 1 x 1. WTF!! This is consider cheating d...

Can we do something about it, stop them from further installing? Meet with the developer? file a suit against them? Since this a a collaboration project between states agency ( setiausaha kerajaan negeri selangor), can we go and meet up with Sepang MP?

Shall we meet up and discuss about it?

Are u phase 5 owner also? Did the S&P stated it is porcelain tiles?

but even the first floor living installed with the cheap 1x1 ceramic tiles and it is sticky type....sure out feet felt uncomfortable later on

But it is confirm first floor with ceramic tiles and size (1x1) can see it is a cheap material and plaster work bad, I can see many wall surface and finishing senget, pls ask ur wife's boss visit the site and starts complain before too late.

I go there at 6pm, just walk in and tell the guard and then they will let u in, our standard Malaysian body language, just tabit to them and all get thru. In the brochure says is porcelain tiles.

the actual is all 4 bed room and first floor with cheap material 1x1 ceramic tiles, white color, very slippery....can we do something about it?
what shld we do now before the contractor has finished install all the tiles....

if the project manager / Acmar ask for proof, lets ask them to go visit the site with all of us, the first row, 25 houses has been installed with ceramic tiles on ground floor's bed room, and the whole first floor...only living & kichen with porcelain...

It is no point going to the project manager, as a project manager, he has already knew it.
The construction drawing with architectural specification laid down everything of what materials, sizes, colors, etc etc BEFORE the contractor execute the work.

Ask yourself how does the contractor got approval on laying the cheap ceramic tiles instead of porcelain tiles ?

S&P really stated family hall, bedroom 1,2,3 & guest with porcelain tiles...is this enough to argue with the contractor or developer? bikin x serupa cakap?

Press the project ppl hard to fix any defects. It is their job and responsibility.

And never regret your decision. It may not be a good one but certainly not the worst. Impiana has a good location, and you cant easily find one in puchong with the same specifications at the same price.

but in SnP it stated first floor fitted with percelain tiles, but in actual it is with ceramic tiles, how do we claim on this? and also, in future, anyone interested to set up a RA to take care of our community?

putra impiana seems very aggresive nowdays. phase 5 finishing and phase 6 piling already started. dont think they will abandon our taman.... good, at least we will have high class residential area within.
