Aaron better don't higher the rear suspension u will ended up losing traction at rear tyre... So how did Jeff lower ur front fork??? Potong which part??? And ES footrest does not suit SS ver, ur gear will become N,1,2,3,4 (down down down down) 4,3,2,1,N (up up up up) It is quite susah to hook up in order to shift down... So better go for Racing Footrest biggrin.gif Btw anyone noes how much does Puspakom charge for Pemeriksaan Paras Bunyi Exhaust???
*
i know... this sunday i go put higher back 1inch... 2 inch too much.... LOL

haha, told earlier ade, lowered fork is very nice one..  tongue.gif  Corner smpi tido pon boleh..  laugh.gif
*
lowered fork corner angle less.. thats why when ppl cornering time.. they tunjuk that they can cecah stock footrest.. try ask them put it back to normal... then cecah stock footrest... that wan they kecut ade...

mine is stock footrest on stock fork height cecah stock footrest... because i can go that low... i drop fork... i confirm kena teruk2....as my turning angle reduce a lot...

but guys, please, please and please avoid yourself from meleper / main lap on public road. unless you're 100% sure that road has no traffic, then never try to show your skill at the wrong place or you might end up like this :

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

also got one of my friends went overshoot on a corner during our trip to a waterfall here last year. the bike end up in longkang just like the bike above with almost 80% damage on the front, broken rims, etc but luckily the rider only got a deep cut under his knees due to hitting a reflector on the road's railing. that's because he wore fullface helmet, padded jacket and gloves. i think if he also wore knee pad on that day, surely he'll escaped unhurt at all.
*
no worries... we can only do it in batu feringgi or teluk bahang.. teluk bahang is the only road without traffic... =) then can play there lo..

QUOTE(alexei @ Nov 6 2010, 10:17 AM)
For cornering, the trick is to keep the bike as upright as possible.
One thing to remember, when turning a bike at normal speed - Push left, lean left, go left. Don't do this during slow speed.

Old riding style is to apply foot pressure on the outer pegs. Example, when doing left turn, more weight is applied on right foot.
Rossi is doing something different, by applying it on the inner pegs.
If you watch GP, can see he lift his outer leg when cornering... Learn to ride either way and see which one you are more confident with.

Like Are_keem said, BE A SMART RIDER...

Lower front fork
Change racing footrest
Change FZ block

Don't know which one to start first, hai...

tmr i m going NBH actually. if u wanna ask abt porting, we can go there and I tell him what you wanted. It takes about 1 day to gao dim the porting. it's still faster than change FZ block (which may take 3 days+ for sui sui tuning).
For standard rear monoshock, you can lower 1" (2.54cm) front fork, but if you have stiffen the rear monoshock, I'd suggest less than 2cm. My own preference is change both front and rear absorber setting, you'll get very different cornering feel. Perhaps the next TT you guys can try my bike cornering performance.
*
right now i feel like my rear almost like a spring... not teenager spring.. is adult spring... softer a bit ade.. i also dunno la.. but it is still ok...

Sui. Maybe tomorrow i follow you go BH better. Which one is better, porting or change FZ block?
If porting need how much ah? I need to prepare the $$ first  sweat.gif
*
UncleCheang... 1 question...

why u wan to mod..? u wan power..?

power comes with maintenance...

maintenance comes with cost..

to be honest.. BH charging is overprice + less stuff...

example.. like 4 stuff already greater than 500+

u can survey 1st before u hit the shop...

if u wan power and satisfaction and still not so expensive.. pm me, jing or tony also can...

we just letting u know.. =)

lowered fork ok... no problem.. pros is much stable.. u ride fast pass the bumpy road.. usually din lowered fork, we feel like our front like kena angkat after pass the bump fast.. macam wheely la..

now after lowered fork.. u wont feel that anymore.. u will feel ur bike sticking on the road...

once lowered... change thicker fork oil.. change 15wt or 20wt.. slower recoil...in that way.. front wont feel lembek..

cons.. turning angle kurang sikit.. tapi stock height turn also very dangerous ade.. as its very low.. so drop fork make it balance.... tak boleh turn low sangat.. tak boleh kata tak boleh buat turning..neutral i would say...
