The metal resin is to tampal cracks, can find in hardware shops. About 10-20 a set.

I use similar resins to tampal coverset screw mounting, repair plastic and fix my shoes.
Some are known to called 'two tonne gum'. It works better than single compound glue like those superglue or kangaroo/dunlop resin.

If your footrest mounting came off already, need to change. If I had known earlier, I'd suggest you call up SYSCAST.com, as they make crankcase cover for motorcycle, direct supplier, sure cheaper. Just wasn't sure they make for LC or not, but I know they make for EX5 and Kriss..

just now i measured i sit on the bike.. the height from my rubber footrest and the floor is just 8inch.. without rider is 9inch... double stand is 10 inch...

last time if sit la.. just add back 2 inch..

which is 10 inch with passenger..

8 inch single rider just normal left turn.. go fast a bit.. mayb 20 like that.. turn then bend a bit nia.. tiok ur shoe ade..make sure ur heels on the footrest.. i will take pic.. on how i turn everytime...

is it possible to upgrade to 150cc using all of FZ part which is..

1) FZ head
2) FZ blocks
3) FZ carburators/ Mikuni TM24/28 carb
4) FZ exhaust

if possible...just maybe..we dont have to worry about fast broken engine...and loud sound wouldnt we?... and if somebody could address the original price of all the above.. thx!

i wanna ask, why ppl prefer FZ block than normal racing block? FZ block costs a bit tho than normal racing block..

the bm area not say far.. is exactly before reaching summit..inside kampung wan..its his mother's hse.. but no1 lives there ade.. so he use that hse as a workshop...

lowered fork ok... no problem.. pros is much stable.. u ride fast pass the bumpy road.. usually din lowered fork, we feel like our front like kena angkat after pass the bump fast.. macam wheely la..

now after lowered fork.. u wont feel that anymore.. u will feel ur bike sticking on the road...

once lowered... change thicker fork oil.. change 15wt or 20wt.. slower recoil...in that way.. front wont feel lembek..

cons.. turning angle kurang sikit.. tapi stock height turn also very dangerous ade.. as its very low.. so drop fork make it balance.... tak boleh turn low sangat.. tak boleh kata tak boleh buat turning..neutral i would say...

Manifold has several critical dimension. The exit diameter, the length, and the exit taper angle.

From what I know, exit diameter should be slightly bigger than exhaust port size and maintain the same diameter for a certain length, before the manifold tapers outward like a cone shape. This cone shape will create a suction force into the manifold straight area drawing exhaust gas out. That's why some engine can see fire burn at exhaust end, coz the suction + timing overlap draw AF mixture into the exhaust chamber... and then there is Powerbomb.
