good news. i called poslaju today and they are ready to send it to me. i couldnt wait for it so i went and collect it. i've read the quick start up guide. it did not mention how many hours i should charge the notebook before using it. so there is no need of charging the battery?

No need to charge beforehand, just straight use ...

okay, because the previous laptops i used had to be charged before i use it.

cause if im not wrong..gentech edi help u on tat..wen u get ur laptop..it's already fully charge

though the oni thing that puzzles me is the "window keys" right beside the start up button

im just going to download powersuite and give it all the job.

i have to say the speakers are INCREDIBLE but the laptop gets really hot after using for 2 hours. i have the fan on now.

How hot u mean..?? U got any temp monitor..? So far when im gaming, my gpu temp never reach 80c.. And cpu temp never reach 70c.. Not even need to use turbo fan..

yea..i never feel that my laptop is hot O_O..except the exhaust area..which is normal for it to be hot lol

i did some heavy rendering on my laptop and the highest temp i got is 88degree celcius and that is on turbo mode + witout the turbo cooling mode on *hurts my heart to hear it spin T_T* and that is i leave my laptop to render for 2 days+

the back of the laptop was hot. may i know how i can check the temperature of my laptop? programs?

hmm..download speed? try check if your network driver is properly installed..as for the back..u mean the entire back or juz the exhaust area? try not to put the laptop facing too close to the wall..as the heat will bounce bak n hit the laptop.

for checking temp..i use HWMonitor

I use side bar gadget to monitor my hw temp.. Example :




This way easier for me to monitor . For some reason i dunno why the gadget show me 6gb of ram even tho i'm using 8gb
