Sorry for the awkward topic title ( im not a pervert ) , ive jus found this weird article and wanna ask everyone's point of view

My opinion.

It doesn't affect our performance in sports. Even if it did, it'll be minimal, because if ejaculation reduces our performances, every professional athlete will have to practice abstinence (especially with all the money they are making, surely their coach/team owners want the best possible performance from them).

If I were you, I'd worry about my diet more than the effects of ejaculation on sports.

maturbation IMO is not gonna have much effect to your bodybuilding. but testorterone itself is the main ingredient for building and keeping the muscle. i bet u already know that.

there probably are lot more major issues in your training and diet alone. i'd not worry about such details on how masturbation affect your training.

Depends on how many you can stomach. Some people take as many as 30 a day.

depends on your body. many thing can replace egg yolk's benefits also. like me if i eat egg yolks i feel my tummy will get bigger day by day so i dont like always give it to the dogs outside

Ur stomach getting bigger and bigger is cause by the calories surplus that u get it from the egg yolks. Egg yolk are made up of healthy fat and as you know fat has greater amount of calories compared to carbs and protein (ofcoz carbs will spike ur insulin and make u even fatter), so imagine u take like 30 whole eggs a day, how much of protein and calories u have ingested ?

The reason that i throw away my yolk is to make sure it is adjusted to my diet like... if i m taking 20g of fat + 40g of protein, i would take like 3 pieces of whole eggs with 7 pieces of egg white. Else i would have taken the whole dam egg, egg white alone is disgusting.

But still depends on ur diet, if u r on anabolic diet, eggs definitely will be ur best friend.

There's no recommended amount. It's food, for goodness sake... not poison or drugs. Just eat them, and eat a lot of them.

yeah its part of my diet n my lifestyle.. i cant take yolks because i hate to see the tummy.

Why not terus take 6-7 whole eggs, and adjust other parts of your diet?

You can never gain body fat by eating tons of yolk or fat. Excess calories from fat will be excreted out by the body. It is the insulin that converts excess sugar into body fat.

Dude, the yolks aren't what's giving you your flab. If anything, they'd help to lose fat.

1 Egg - Egg White - 2/3 Protein , Yolk 1/3 protein , well i dont care bout the "myths" on yolk so i ate 6 of them @@ hard to eat though without sauce XD for gaining muscles =) u gotta sacrafice

Well, lots of ways to cook your eggs. Boiling them is only one way. You can scramble, poach, half-boil or make an omelette. Be creative, add some herbs for flavour, or some cayenne pepper or regular black pepper. Good nutrition doesn't have to taste like cardboard. Heh.

I ate 6 egg white and 1 egg yolk a day. I've seen people taking 20 egg a day and they seem to be doing fine.

I have a parrot and a hill mynah. Both choose to eat the yolk and discard the white. They know yolk is more nutritious than the white. Nature makes them smarter than humans who choose to believe blindly that yolk is bad.

why are we like fighting over yolks?? LOL its our own choice to eat it or not aint it? i just don like it i don care if its low in carbo and its giving me the tummy. tested n confirmed on my own body =D

Seriously there are tons of diet and food choices out there that have been proven to work, from low carb/high fat to high carb/low fat, and everything in between. With that in mind, when you are choosing a diet plan to follow, pick one that jives with your personal tastes and lifestyle and your gains. I see so many people treat their diet as if they are being deprived. They constantly complain and act as if they are being persecuted. This sucks for a few reasons. First, it is annoying for everyone else. Nobody wants to hear about your dieting problems. Just eat and get on with it. Second, if someone is complaining like that, chances are they aren’t going to last long before falling off the wagon.

Ts, if you want to know what is the relation testosterone and bodybuilding, you can start by asking why man is more muscular than woman. Have you seen woman lift hard and looks big like hulk. The answer is no (unless the woman is taking alternative "ways"). But still so many women afraid of accidentally get huge by weight lifting. So I do agree that testosterone play a factor here.

It happened I just read an article regarding testosterone hormone. A decent one.
Estrogen and Testosterone Hormones. Have a read.

Don't worry about low testosterone if you are below 20's and mid 20's. You still can have blood work done if you really think you having problem. Short intense workout may increase testosterone while too-long workout may do the opposite (that's what i read). So keep lifting will ya.
