QUOTE(SamD @ Feb 14 2015, 07:23 PM) Just get the cheaper ones below and save your money over buying SAMSUNG accessories. Bro i need Samsung one coz it has the tv remote 'attached' Logitech Wireless Keyboard and Mouse - K400 With nearly 6,500 reviews @ Amazon, you should have no worries. It works for me. ![]() |

QUOTE(fipoch @ Apr 24 2015, 07:58 PM) Am deciding between the UA60H6400 or UA55H7000. Higher series always better spec. Same time bigger screen the more 'blur' / pixelise it is as source is not that high quality yet...LED still in growing era...unlike plasmaWhich one should I go for? Or any other model can recommend me with a budget of RM5k? |

QUOTE(fipoch @ May 11 2015, 01:49 AM) So, lazada is now selling the UA55HU7200 for RM4999. Should I go ahead and purchase this? set your eyes 'expectation' by visiting outlet to SEE/WATCH the real panel performance. Possible bring your favourite movie/disc to let them demo...e.g if you bring internet download rip version or low resolution and trying to perform on full performance panel...you will get bad output.Previously, I wanted to get the UA55H7000. Somehow they're selling this model @ RM5699 which is more expensive. Am I missing something? And there's also the HU8000 selling for RM5999. My budget is RM5k. Also, their dumb product description is stating that the UA55HU7200 is only 100hz. It's supposed to be 800 and above right? Can't seem to find the correct spec for said model. Relying on the maker demo disc is a big NO NO since it been produce at highest quality... Spec can't paint the picture.... Last, ask your pocket how much you willing to pay for it....when there is new model coming out, current or existing model will depreciate till before its continue..just like handphone/./. good/bad thing about Samsung, there tv model replacement change faster than we change clothes.... If you want a 'safer' side, go for higher end model with premium price and replacement model MAY come slower.... |

Personally...i still prefer plasma technology and colour...ya you may call them high power consumption, not as sharp and bright as LED (cinematic) but its good for eyes....

4K technology still long way to go to be 'mature', just like bluray but then 8K already 'exist' in lab so 4K might end up 'passby' only...bigger panel with great IQ of Full HD still the best choic..mostly would fall under 6-7 series and above...
Remember, you dun change TV often as phone so get a decent model...yes price will appreciate but at least your panel IQ won't drop |

Google "The last great tv 2014" mostly current technology will need another 2-3 years or more to beat it

QUOTE(brainpower @ May 30 2015, 12:47 AM) Yea you have the point there voncrane. So based on these few models what would you recommend? I would go for min 7 series as content is getting more and more demanding...6 and 5 series IQ really so so...55F9000 55HU7200 55JU6400 55JU6600 55JS8000 QUOTE(jimmyteng18 @ May 30 2015, 07:44 PM) These models are priced differently. If u can list out the price, as it's a factor as well. Samsung already package then in 'bundle' based on the series...For me, I dont need the smart tv features,so I would choose the best video and color performance of a tv which I can afford. |

QUOTE(GT208 @ Jun 3 2015, 10:41 AM) can anyone please recommend me a 47"-50" LED TV and the estimated price? Unfortunately LED is not focusing on this. Samsung is focusing on brightness and colour vibrant. If want darker panel, i will go for Panasonic and colour will not that vibrant but its natural.I am more to picture quality than those smart tv features. so my requirements are : - good black level - Full HD will do, dont need 4K - non smart tv (dont mind to have if price is less than RM1.8k) - non 3D - at least 2 HDMI input thank you in advance. |

QUOTE(stringfellow @ Jul 10 2015, 04:43 PM) I was eyeing the JU6400 model earlier before I decided to splurge a bit more for the 2015 SUHD models. The Nano Crystal tech is definitely an eye opener, colors so vivid and image so bright, with deep blacks. These demo movies that came with the TV is seriously lust-worthy, simply enable "Demo Mode" in the Support tab in Settings. 4K content will still have long way to go before they become higher availlability and affordablewatch this with audio off, the uploader of this demo video ripped the audio off and uses his own pondan music to accompany this demo video. watch this with audio off, the uploader of this demo video ripped the audio off and uses his own pondan music to accompany this demo video. this demo video has the actual background audio intact.
