Samsung KS7000 also?

Ok found it. Turns out that my KS7000 display unit already clock in about 260,000 minute. If it on display at the shop for 12 hours a day, it had been on display for about 1 year. Different from what seller claim for 3-4 months only . Lets see how it will fair in long run. My previous sony tv display unit also, served me well for 7 years. Hope this one can make it

Bought it for 4599. This model hard to find already, no choice.

what i mean is on top of 2 years warranty from samsung, add another 3 years, so total 5 years. if not mistaken 700+, i didnt take it btw

QLED still at RM8k price range, price seem not going down much.

I have a question about HDR videos, the TV normally automatically detect if the source video has got HDR or not and set the picture mode to HDR accordingly. There is no problem when I play the 4K HDR video from external sources like USB HDD or from media player but when I play the 4K HDR demo from Youtube, the TV can't detect it. Any idea why? Youtube is still with the highest count of HDR sources.

Then good for me less one to compare. Think only got 55MU7000 which is cheapest for 7 series.

Sorry if this has been discussed (can't find it )  but can you guys plays youtube in true 4K using built in tv apps ?

I have KS7000 but can  never get it,  highest is 2560 x 1440 but mostly 1080 only.  Using 50Mbps Unifi.

Google search , there are few reports but seems no clear answer, thanks.

Compared to the RRP and being a 2017 model. I’d say it’s a good deal.

As for HDR Gaming, it scored a 7.8 on rtings website. Here’s a summary of their take...
“Great for HDR gaming. Picture quality is very good, and motion handling is great. Feels responsive with low input lag. Can produce bright, vivid highlights.” Looks fine by me.

what differ between KU6000 and MU6100,
pls help to share. if same will get the lowest price.

That's quite a fair price.

MU7000 is a step up of MU6300 (better HDR, better Wide Color Gamur, means more colors, better overall brightness)

In terms of 2017 TV sets from Samsung, I believe Q7F is better (though more expensive), MU7000/9000 slots roughly in the middle, while MU6xxx is Entry Level

You probably can find MU7000 55 inch for around RM4.5k from other smaller shops.

I'm not sure what's 55 inch Q7F price is nowadays after price cuts, perhaps you can look out for it as well.

And the good news is the 2017 sets firmware should have already solved the Game Mode HDR Profile switching.

Meanwhile 2016 set are still stuck in limbo in regards to firmware updates.

Cant afford the QLED tv, even 5k is my max budget liao...by the way, does any of u guys feel eye strained after watching on tv with high nits value like 1000 nits? I researched that MU7000 has got about 600 nits only whereas MU6300 only 300nits , wonder is it better or worst to have such high brightness tv?

I’m planning to get 65” tv, currently I’m in a dilemma between Samsung Curved Smart 4K UHD (UA65MU6300) vs Sharp 4K UHD Android (LC65UE630X) coz both almos da same price tag. I’m ain’t hardcore gamer jus a social for leisure, preferable watch Astro,YouTube channel for kids, surf net n possible can mirror wit iOS. Seek for ur sifu advice🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
