Feet, meters, FOV, inches, resolution, comfort zone, bla bla... Last last, it's up to room size, requirements and BUDGET! Playing true 4K+HDR on a 60" 9 series is still far better than on a 85" 5 series. Whether sitting 6ft away or 12ft.. I say, judge your room size, lighting conditions, budget and with your eyes make a decision. My 2 cents.

Yes...that's the best among all the theory and reviews!

does 4k tv makes fhd movies look bad? like not as sharp? my main content is 1080-720p

55" will sufficient enough for your content. Samsung series 6 and LG new model 2017 for budget 4k TV.

How about 49"? i'm eyeing on the UA49MU6100. It is within my budget as well  and most of all it is non curved. Not a fan of curved display

ok noted smile.gif

49" will works well with ur content. Perhaps u may try sony 49" 7000 series. Not bad too if u want to compare with samsung.

Received my ks7000 tv. If the new tv got vertical line. Does Samsung swap the panel or exchange new unit? This is last unit in Senheng sad.gif

Better call samsung to check, definitely they will replace a new panel only.

Too many uncertain. Top bezel bend a bit, almost center near the vertical line. Back cover pop up a bit on both side. Not sure the Samsung can fix the bend, i guess should be easy.

It's a good tv with good price.

New peice i believe around 5.5k

Hey guys,

Kinda stuck between two 65" models:
KS7500
MU7000

I gather the former is better than the latter. Ideally I'd prefer flat rather than curved, but given these two choice, which out do you think I should go for (and why).
Thanks!
p.s. I dont think I can get any of the 65" KS7000 models anywhere right?
*
KS7500...if u dont mind get the 65". KS7000 model only have 55 and 60" in Malaysia....so if u ask me...get the 65 rather than 55" for the curved TV

Thanks guys, but regarding Dolby Vision - the LG's panel is only 10 bit, how does that jive with DVision's 12bit specs? Feels like it can't show DV media in its true glory...

Oh, btw anyone knows how the 2+3 or 2+2 warranty works? If there are no parts after 4 yrs, do we get a TV of the same value we paid when we bought it, or a depreciated value? I see 11street selling with warranty options, but no info on what the warranty covers...
*
No worries la....if 10 years TV also they have the parts. Whether u willing to pay for it or not.
