U can introduce bottle feeding after about 4-6 weeks. Cuz by then, u may need to go back to work. Not introducing bottle before that is to avoid nipple confusion and also to build up your supply by the suckling from your baby.

Feeding your baby with a bottle with breastmilk and no other liquid is called exclusively breastfeeding too..

What i did was put more water. Now at 5mo, my baby is taking 180ml water with 5 scoops of fm. Thats about 30ml more than recommended water.

Used up all to wash baby's hair d.. Hehe. Cuz her hair very little after we shave during full moon.

warmer is the same thing as hot water. u fill water in the warmer, put it at 40/70/100 degrees then put the bottle in it. thats it. it takes very long if the water is 40 degrees.

Re blockage, there are milk ducts around the breast. So some of the milk ducts are blocked hence u would need to unblock it. Baby can do a very good job unblocking.

u can actually find the blocked milk ducts. when u press the breast, its like a round hard thing.

Yes.. every baby is different. Mine hits some milestones a bit earlier.. but some a bit later.

re ikan haruan, my CL dont let me eat so soon. she said the outside wound would heal but not inside. so best if taken after 3 weeks. but my wound closw up nicely on my 4th day. no bleeding...

u r having c sec? i had c sec with an epidural on for 3 days... so there is not much pain and best thing is, i still can walk around the ward looking at other babies.. hehe..
