question:
when ipo, if the shares not taken up entirely, who hold the remaining shares? the company itself (as what? treasury?) or the investment banks that handle its ipo?

just 3 weeks ago qcap was struggling at 0.99-1.01 level for 2 months behind other reits, so many talk talk wanna go for a yummy buy. now it surge to current 1.04.
qcap is good good also i think, looking very "safe" and steady. although maybank paper does not like it.
i sold it to goreng current hot stocks, not because it's no good. i keep arreit and axreit for their growth potential in near future.
