why? you worry osk will be privatize?

The average P/BV for previous M&A transactions involving stockbrokers/investment banks is only 1.2x. However, the
acquirees in the past transactions were mostly smallish players and the pricing paid may not be reflective of OSK’s valuation. Assuming a 50% premium over the average, the P/BV paid OSK could be 1.87x, valuing the company at RM2.61bn or
RM2.78/share. At the current price of RM1.97, the stock is trading at 1.3x its end-Jun 10 BV/share of RM1.49. Do not expect a bargain.

From Dali blog, he put FAJAR out of his list....

i wonder why?  i am holding some fajar currently because it pay good div compare to other construction counter and it has very good fundamental too
*
FAJAR has very good fundamentals, but as many other forumers here also mentioned, it's a massive laggard and doesn't get much contracts.
for s'wak construction play Naim / HSL is more responsive.

but im still holding onto my fajar-wa tongue.gif

Their 1 sen divvi has confirmed, but their special divvi not yet. That would be another 4 sen or a chance to buy cosway loan shares in a very yummy discount (much much better than if option for the 4 sen cash divvi).

Goreng is bad for health. laugh.gif
Go up steady according to fundamental is ideal.
Anyway, KKB is way too undervalue based on current performances. I think it got the correct boost this time...

problem with the option, we are not sure of the terms of the option of the cosway loan stuck yet. IT might require some conversion rate that would make it better for us to collect the 4.5 cents hmmmmm

yup biggrin.gif ive been holding KKB almost as long as you now chyaw smile.gif lets hope. I heard TPs of 2.80 for kkb b4. lets hope it really do materialise smile.gif Btw, i've read the annual report for KKB, they are planning to expand their plant which is due to complete by 2012. An expansion of 2x of the current plant. lets hope the price hits 3.50 next time smile.gif
