friend juz came over with his pod xtlive (and he bought almost all the guitar packs!!!!!). played with them with my gear too. also tried his esp (changed pickups to zakk's EMG set). here are some pics

well, HOPEFULLY i get a chance to post pics of my NEW gear tomorrow. dont have so high hopes as the pics will be my 'travelling' gear in KL rather than in gear back in kuching. |

got my baby taylor!!! needs some polishing(especially the frets) and new strings. frets, nut and bridge pins have been changed...BUT FOR THE BETTER! even with crappy strings it still sustains better than i expected. cant wait for new strings!
my new baby..the result of my les paul *cough* with my strat ![]() well at least now i can say i OWN a TAYLOR after dreaming for so long...will get a full sized taylor one day as will i get a custom gibson les paul ![]() ![]() baby with bad-ass papa les paul.... vintage coloured sunburst stratocaster is still back in kuching ]my bedroom 'band' i jam along with everyday ![]() my simple, down to earth, cukup makan travelling pedalboard ![]() boss gt8, wd7,ev5, lx-1 pro rack |

well...i CHECK IN my racks!!! my les paul will be hand carried (thats why i have to use MAS) so is my laptop. floor based effect pedals my dad will handcarry them when he comes to kl (he usually comes for meetings).

of course la! i tried godslove taylor....it was really nice...but under the hot sun at the lrt station, i couldnt really play with it.
godslove, ive polished the taylor, change strings, clean the frets, etc and its now singing beautifully. also cleaned and polished the case too, it now looks 10 years younger. |

blacktrix, i also have to suggest a sm57 for miking amps. use a headphone to find the sweet spot and with just a sm57 u can get awesome tones. i even managed to get a pretty decent tone before(few years back) miking a squier practice amp with a zoom505. no joke! of course, post EQ, compression etc had to be added.
