some one can check ur OviMap have this setting or not...

QUOTE
When you have the Nokia Maps application running, goto Options>Tools>Settings>Navigation>Backlight.

The default backlight setting is "Default" which means it uses the phones backlight timeout settings. To overide this, set backlight setting to "Optimised" or "Always on". Try them out and see which suits you better.

Hi N8 fanboy.. mind to share what fanboi I m in ah? biggrin.gif

QUOTE(stanley85 @ Oct 28 2010, 11:32 AM)
It is basically a focus from 60cm to infinity fixed.. it is not an AutoFocus....

The crack to enable it to keep focusing is AutoFocus.... don't get fool by those term...

just like the other 3 Symbian^3's camera.. from 50cm to Infinity.. it is all Fixed Focus...

lol..but but but...my iDonKnowWhatIShouldCallIt also can do HDR wor...qualify as godlike phone kah?  blink.gif
the pure white round shape is due to the exposure, and also the distance of the light object. cos all the street lights and car lights are far away, and the exposure value is set to very high, hence u can see white small round shape...it's pretty common IMO
the reason why the normal digital camera have that 'glow' effect around the light is because the light source is nearer to the object(well, at least not a few hundred meters away), so the amount of light is too much, and it will have that effect...unlike the streetlights...

that's what i notice when i take pictures with long exposure time lar...i would need someone with better photography experience to correct me if i am wrong though
