if you compare the 3 major platform(Windows Phone 7 don compare yet, cos not much info)
feature wise: Android - Full Flash, rendering is also very fast
Speed Wise: iOS - lacking of flash, TBH doesnt affect too much on general browsing, but i missed my facebook games
half way there : Symbian - has flash, but lags, rendering is slow, kenetic scrolling is just ok ok, zooming also not as smooth...and the UI is also kinda not that friendly, crashes here and there, conclusion:need way more improvement

yeah, for me i add another 2, screen resolution and hardware keyboard...i seriously don understand why the heck they must follow apple's footstep and implement the 'one button at the front' crap...
and screen res...i don ask for the 'retina display' resolution, at least throw in android standard resolution into it

however on browser, the way nokia browser renders the page is that it will render when u scroll to the part of the page, hence when u are scrolling too fast, you can see that it lags for a short while

Android are mainly using 1Ghz for their phone now, and iPhone 4 is estimated to be clocked at 800Mhz judging from the performance gain compared to 3GS
and get this, THEY ARE ALL USING A8 PROCESSOR, NOT ARM11, and A8 has ~30-50% performance gain compared to ARM11 on performance per clock, in another words, if we are converting their raw performance to ARM11 standard, Android's 1Ghz would be around 1.5Ghz ARM11 GPU performance, and the iPhone would be 1.2Ghz...compared to N8, it's like a kid compare to adult...
and, resolution...sure, nHD is ok, but nokia just couldnt dump in WVGA res? For god sake it's a new generation OS, why tie down to the same resolution again...

you don need to own an N8 to know how much it lags...
just walk into a nokia centre near you, find the demo unit and play around with it...is that so hard?
c'mon lar, the first time i bash about the phone lagging here and there also is before it launch....where do u think i get to test it? i pick up someone's lost unit on some random bar ah?

oh...thanks for bringing that up, another thing lacking on the browser...tab browsing.
It supports multiple window, but we cannot manually add new window, i think nicholas asked during the event, it will only have new window when u click on some link that pops a new window up...

with that statement, it's confirmed....you have now been officially publicly labeled as fanboy by me..congrats

last i checked, camera and loudspeaker were the only advantage

and LMAO, i already said it clearly, N8 will never beat even semi pro class, let alone DSLR...in real world, photographer will not purposely set to same ISO same exposure and same aperture as N8 would, DSLR is capable of much higher ISO with less noise, so why waste the advantage to have. Those comparison picture is just to let u get the idea on N8's camera quality, in real life, DSLR will for sure win

TBH, i don see myself using the HDMI too much...like i said and most earlier active member agreed, it's a good to have but hardly(never) use feature
direct USB stick also...sounds handy, but most the time also we don need it, need to bring extra cable with you ler..
and who told you there's a LED flash on N8? the red flash is autofocus assist module, not LED flash, it has only Xenon, and it's considered as part of the camera

doesnt have N-band would be a disadvantage, but not the rest of it...a rational iPhone 4 user would know that the antenna issue and glass shatter issue is not a myth, and would get a casing edi... USB OTG and HDMI Output i suppose really rare usage...

iPhone's advantage over N8 would be:
-more fluid performance, way less lag compared to N8(yeah, it still have lag, i wont deny that, only iFags say their iOS totally no lag)
-the browser is so much better then N8's
-Resolution and color accuracy. Despite AMOLED having nicer color, it's actually overly vibrant, IPS provides more accurate color..as for resolution, the word speaks for itself
-the number of big titles/apps available...i don think games like Crimson Gem Saga(ported from PSP) or Chaos Rings would come to Symbian platform.
-default sound quality. I own both phones, so i have compared both phones with both loudspeaker and earphones. N8 is a lot louder, but the iPhone's speaker is more bassy...same goes to earphone. I think this is just a software adjustment issue
-way better text input despite the missing of swype. N8's keyboard layout is just hard to adapt...and on portrait mode user are forced to use T9 input...don like it, sorry

the above is the reason i chosen iPhone 4 over N8..
there's another point worth mentioning, N8 supports .avi videos natively, and i do think it's very convenient, recently iPhone had a solution with VLC player, however i still think N8 has the advantage over that cos not everyone knows the app's existence

@Aspire: there's always pros and cons and there will be no perfect phones, but by comparing, we can find more good and bad things about phones, don forget, there are other people reading this, so they can know all these without going into too much deep research

well, it's still advantage, but i wont really emphasize over it like it's one of the main feature...

no, you still need to have Joiku installed in N8, and a data plan, then it would be complete

well,that PSP phone, for now it's mentioned that it has Snapdragon inside, slightly faster CPU, but GPU is still the same...i seen my friend's Desire in action, TBH the graphic capability is lower then iPhone, so unless they throw in a dedicated GPU chip, i'm not impressed yet

with the design right now it's more like a Gaming console with phone feature then a actual PSP Phone...lol

nice...last time my N82 also, they ask me wait for a while and straight get another set from the other branch, very effecient
