Okay since bottlenecking is present in every single system, will an AMD Phenom X4 955 suffice or would i have to get something better, ie the i5?
i will suggest core i5 760 for gaming. AMD Radeon™ Discussion V4, Cut Cut Cut!~ Go Red !

QUOTE(yongkailoon @ Nov 10 2010, 06:02 PM) So what you are saying is some games are designed to perform best on more cores so my current X2 7750 will suffer but if the game is designed to bring the max out of the GPU then it would be worth it to upgrade the GPU right? In short, it depends what kind of games/applications I use most? haha, find out here: The Game Rundown: Finding CPU/GPU Bottlenecks, Part 1 The Game Rundown: Finding CPU/GPU Bottlenecks, Part 2 |
