Ok guys let's say I buy the rm2999 plain vanilla version, is it worth? I am really attracted to the better build quality and JBL subwoofer usually is only available on rm4000 machine right?

XPS15 is good, i would buy it if i have no laptop right now, plus some customization as well,
+backlit keyboard +9-cell battery +warranty for 2 years.

Erhm new xps.
I would choose Studio XPS 16 rather than XPS15. The price almost the same with same specs. But Studio XPS 16 has a better + attractive look. And also ATI5730 has a higher rank than GT435 in mobile GPU ranking.
The memory size 1 GB already enough for gaming. 2GB or 3 GB no sense at all. ATI5870 with 1GB memory can pawn 99 GT435 with 2GB memory.
