then how to reload? using the battle.net built in payment system?

I guess it's not MyCard problem, it's Blizz problem. In other word, Diablo III is the problem now since Blizz don't have enough key for gamers all over the world.
My guildmate from Hong Kong said she couldn't find a Bnet card, so she might take a rest and wait till the store have ones. Another guy who used to do arena with me and is living in Taiwan atm said he knew a man, here in taiwan, couldn't find the code for WoW gametime. So I guess the only thing we can do now is hoping Blizz will create more codes and ppl stop buying D3 for a while.

you can call to e-pay malaysia or mail to they, ask they is it any outlet on you area selling battlenet, they will find it out and reply to you

Server is under maintenance, you can pray that they got solution for the problem now

Fingers crossed but somewhere I suspect there are a lot of serious people in suits negotiating how much to chrge for new battle.net cards...and it seems like they are in no hurry

I also have mycard credit that I hope to spend some time soon....I figure the servers must be pretty quiet ATM but I can't see any mention of this on the taiwan bnet forums (that might just be because my google translate skills aren't great)...hopefully they sort it out soon before everyone quits
