can u shoot photo of DRL in daytime to see if its bright?

Thanks to Arul Selayang SC did test for my absorbers to confirm rear ones are goners... but cannot claim warranty as suspension is only 1 year not 2 years. So pocket koyak lagi....boohooo...... those suspect car goyang goyang pls go check before your 1 year is up ok !

REPLY TO COMPLAINS :


1. Wind mirror - complain was no wind tunnel testing ? FYI not all cars will get wind tunnel testing as part of design process. Normally this is reserved for high end cars which are capable to hit 300kmh or hybrids like prius. Honda also don't do such thing for run of the mill family cars. Also not everyone is facing this sound out of thousands sold its less than 0.1% even mentioning this. if its real design fault we all will be having it.

2. Left steer - pls don't listen to lame excuses that shipping can cause car to pull left. I've tested left bank & right bank roads ot pulls both way. The reason is our MALAYSIAN ROADS are so special due to high tropical rains the roads have 100% more deg to international spec. That means our car will pull unless your Sifu Alignment guy adjust this for u. I've no problems with this as I send to my Sifu until it as near perfect. But in reality we are just trying to fool the car to go right even when the road is forcing it to go left.

BINGO! - tat's means it's assembly/ workmanship fault + supplier + zero common sense SC technical ppl...

U guys should be more worried of your AC compressor than mirror noise....

Added on January 31, 2011, 3:44 pmbro my advise on EWP is not for other parts its for Engine ECU & Gearbox which NO ONE OUTSIDE CAN fix. this makes the 640/740 worth every cent.
but I can't get EWP already as I passed 30k when the release the dam thing I just have to pray those main parts will last till I change car! pray pray pray pray........

full-scale wind tunnel aerodynamic testing .... means model car.... unless the do test REAL FINISHED product then its dam good already. anyway in full-scale test the parts may not have the gaps in real production car as well as they won't be able to hear wind noise unless they have mic positioned at driver & passenger seats. again the wind noise is subjective and very sure its not design fault.

It cost $45million, and is acoustically damped in order to measure wind noise around the door mirrors and a-pillars; despite the size of the chamber this are no echoes. Test vehicles are positioned on a turntable that's also $5million-worth of ultra sensitive scale. Apparently if you place a coin on the car's roof, the scale can tell you the difference in weight with and without it. That's scarily precise.

there's aDyno for Android u no need to write its quite good already with owners uploading their database up i'm using this but only missing is 100kmh-0kmh braking test which is lacking. Formerly using Gtech ...

also if u really want to swap grille i'm more than happy .... not joking.

my grille is modded with black sticker and chrome inside lining which u can revert back to Standard by removing the black sticker & chrome.

Happy Valentine's Day coming soon who haven't got their KOUP should really consider....ehem!
