hey u know how to spray the shading like in the PG SF pic?

there are few ways to do it. the one i know is:
1. determine where, how and wat colour u wanna shade it. (for this PG SF, it's white on shaded black/grey
2. AB black/grey along the seam line (or area u wanna shade)
3. after it dried, AB white on the black/grey, but use lower pressure.

basic idea is to have a base layer of black, and add another coarse layer of white on top (coarse so tht it won't completely cover the base layer). Hence, the shade effect.

May I ask... (sorry this question lagi n00b), can I achieve the similiar effect via gundam spray color? (those tin can which for u to spray color one)

buy now .. regret later ! hehehe ... btw i owned the kit ... quite pleased with the final result ... so far no problem standing on its own without the stand (with sword + shoulder shield attached) ...

i still haven't yet bought me but maybe waiting for designer/special version to came out.

yes vorador u can, albeit with difficulty, due to the changing internal pressure of the spray can. as u spray, the pressure inside decreases, hence difficult to achieve uniformity.
overall shud still be ok for shading effect, since it doesn't require too uniform distribution of paint

Vorador i think you can try search at google or ask at here would be more appropriate. Otherwise I scare someone gonna limbo down thunder and lighting on ya.

I thought you guys would've learnt a bit or two from NK's blog...

So here is my runner analysis for those who don't know how yet.

We can see the 3 runners are gated. So obviously Bandai is planning some variation for MG 00Q, which until recently only has ONE variation: the Full Saber version.

It's hard to see the gates on the "I2" runner because Dalong.net took a picture of the runner's back.

Another variation which is pretty obvious is the runner labelled "GN Frame" which is to be shared by none other than MG 00R.

Unless Bandai scraps the plan, we WILL be getting a variation as the runners are prepared for it.
