What improvement were you looking at specifically?

The browser actually have a very nice BACK preview, but it was badly affected by the super duper sensitive scrolling which jump a few pages just with a very light swipe move. Sometimes they do know what you want, but somehow they can mess up so badly when implementing it. Maybe the walkout by Symbian head will bring some new innovation.

Maxis charge Rm500 for early termination for 1 year contract, everyone knows that. But they give you the waiver already... why you so 'big response'?

Thats what I wanna say la. Thats how their system works. There is no upgrading in their system. Thats why they list it as a termination and then even the termination fee with a rebate lor. Then re-register you for the new 3GB la.

Just transfer the phone to my wife... now, I will give her a month before getting her testimonial... lets see the response from someone who switch over from keypad to touch interface see how hard it is.

It took quite a while for N8 to recognise all the photos and videos in my wife memory card... 800+ MB and it took about 5mins or so...

It's way easier with capacitive screen than resistive screen.

I feel so much better with browsing on my Legend now. However, I will miss the camera and HD playback for sure.

I hope Nokia will fix the problems with N8 to really fulfill owner expectation for the very first time, for their touch screen line. Maybe I will consider switching if they can at least fix the browser.

Tested on mine and there is nosuch option. Possibly you mean face detection? Try with a person and see if a yellow box appear.

Actually kinda hard to choose also.. N8 superb camera, Iphone the smoothest, paid apps but no Flash, Android has everything but camera n paid apps.

Please go visit China if you have the opportunity. Many imports from China are mainly cheap price hence the lower quality. But keep in mind, whether its China fault or consumer fault that were the original cause for these lousy product in the market. Factory merely run production based on orders received. If you can pay, there's no reason why they can't produce quality products.

The light sensor is really apparent with N8. Even on my Legend, I barely noticed any changes. Whether or not you like it is very subjective.
