yes this is a big bang to others... plus this will further inflate the selling prices.. but then.. bank value will need time to catch up...

Sanderson Developer better get the CF soon n allow the 1st hand buyers sell n get their SPA stamped before Jan 2014.. else putih putih loose profit gains of 10%

Yes indeed 900sf asking price is at 440-450k

But Z residence I'm sure with its larger build x let's say the same 500psf would sum up to higher entry price

But location wise Z Resi has its appeal n adv

Sanderson more to own stay I guess,
