Just my 2 cents, go for the job opportunity that offers you the most exposure and mileage on your CV and don't think about the money just yet. More importantly don't jump ship after 1-2 years just because another company offer you another 30-40% more in terms of salary. Trust me, there are alot of recruiters/companies willing to pay but once you do that yr CV koyak. Just like mine. Now I regret it especially when you are breaking into the mid level management. People will just say yr a job hopper. nyway congrats to ts. citi is a good bank. Stressful but if you can survive 4-5 years there, you can survive anywhere
