So do u recommend the GE program in Citibank?
After the GE would we be able to transfer to other departments or are we stuck in consumer banking?

but the malaysia office, our structure was 1 head of department --> 3 assistant managers --> 15-20 staff under each asst mgr. by name we are assistant but got full managerial responsibility over the team ...
