assistant manager is the entry level role, and everyone is an assistant manager, and almost everyone is a fresh grad... the pay is about there... as when i was there last time, there was baisc + 2 months contractual bonus... and now, i think they took off the contractual bonus already, thus the higher basic... which amounted to a similar sum...

Added on October 19, 2010, 4:01 pmoh, and there are a few levels for assistant manager, which are Q, R, S i think... if not then Q and R... so you will have to go from Q -> R -> S then only manager level T... something like that...
