so far still dont have any saga blm owners share their experience...

i wonder does this thing here would damage the IAFM intake manifold...??

since blm campro has this drive by wire delay, does this thing will improve the delay as well as the efficiency...

looking forward to blm owner tested reviews...

to bro icecube,

plz show to me where i must put the TAB accoding to this pic,my car is proton persona but it same with saga BLM only different in CC only...

*
Its on the bigger yellow aero you draw there. There is one small tiny UFO looking metal , just unplug the hose there and connect the Y connector.
You dont have the Y connector? rclxub.gif weird. You can get it at aquarium shop, look for those more durable one if got metal even better.

QUOTE(Ruzumaki @ Nov 7 2010, 09:28 PM)
Kindly inform me if we can meet at kuchai lama area? If can tml??
Im interestin wif TAB and PBTE, but might only able to buy one of them.
Can I make decision after test?? Pls pm details ya, thx.
*
Will pm you inawhile.

QUOTE(fstrader @ Nov 7 2010, 09:41 PM)
my fc report after 2 rm 50 tanks :

better FC, gets me extra 30 km's of the usual 300 km for 50 bucks of petrol, means 330 km.

pbte review :

- ac kicks in not much dim of headlamps.
- auto gearchanges smoother.
- no performance gain.
- slightly better sound on my HU.

anyway congrats on the dyno session.
*
Thanks bro for the review.

QUOTE(Taipan052 @ Nov 7 2010, 11:06 PM)
PBTE or TAB bro? i tot u only buy TAB.. hmm.. gain 30KM for RM50 is a lot bro.. dont play2.. hahaha
btw FC update.. convoy with my friend last 2 days at karak and LPT highway..
his odo clocked 8.8L/100KM but mine only 7.8L/100KM. same car model, same route, same high speed convoy.

and now i think confirm i've gained extra 50KM.. for 2nd tank reading now... btw i've just retune them from 1.8 to 1.4 settings...
*
Cool! 1L saved per 100km! So each 100KM you save RM2.15. so each 600km you save RM12.90. So, it only takes you less then 16 tanks of petrol to gain back your investment (ROI)! Thats insane!

QUOTE(chteh0721 @ Nov 7 2010, 11:20 PM)
hi kevin i'm stanley, persona owner that you help me to install the TAB in leisure mall earlier.

what i can say it's the engine performance is very impressive after install TAB, i try drive to bukit segar there and wau, i just need to press ( should be say touch ) the pedal little bit already can climb the hill smoothly, previously i need to tekan a bit harder in order to gain more power. hopefully it can improve my fc as well as the main objective i install this is to improve fc rather than have a power drive
*
hi bro,
There will be fuel saving when there is just enough power when you tap the pedal. Rather then metal to the pedal, your tap and the car moves faster meaning you using less fuel to move. biggrin.gif Nice to know you are one of them who have sleepless night after installing. LOL.

the bigger yellow aero on the top left side corner.

QUOTE(fstrader @ Nov 7 2010, 11:36 PM)
bought tab 1st then only pbte.

pbte nothing gain on FC.

30 km tarak cukup laa hahaha  sweat.gif
*
Bro, your car so hardcore modified, ecu mod, FR mod, maybe more inside we dunno only. PBTE works great on stock cars ,you'll see more improvement there compare to modded electronics like ecu and such. But it will definately feels smoother and engine less noisy and harsh.
30km extra on 300km is 10% improvement. biggrin.gif Quite good for a mere RM2xx investment.

Coz your car still "virgin" and its hot thus it cling to tightly , need to remove it with tools.

Actually there are few BLM installed TAB, no worries we had test drive the car with the owner and reported very responsive and rev is lighter.

just tune it to 1.0 also can. it not related to your car engine capacity at all.. just some numbers as a guidance for us to tune.
the bigger the more air will suck in (besides our existing air filter).

mine 1.6 forte, use 1.4 settings (previously set at 1.8)
my friend 2.0 forte, use 1.8 settings (previously set at 2.3)

it's just a number.

reason for me to lower down the number because already have performance air filter installed. dont want excessive air inside.

bro icecube, please correct if there is any misleading info.. smile.gif
