I dont understand the theory of this thingy =(
Can post any internal part pic of this TAB????
It optimize wif hot / cold air when using??

I dont have money to break one and show u the internal. The theory is to put swirl air and pressurize the air that enter the combustion chamber.
It work best with hot air.
tq for the reply. =)
Is ok, can u describe how the TAB mechanism work??? Hard to imagine wat can a small thing like that do.
The TAB contain wat component like turbine, bearing or wat??? Can let me know more? Quite interesting.
How it swirl the air automatically???? Can provide any related video clip show that how it work?? Im interested with the mechanism.
But in logically, hot air are less dense, Thus less air molecule will be in hot air.
Cold air is denser than warm air and holds slightly more O2.
Doesn't colder air that contain more air molecule help in combustion? Can u help to clear my doubt?? hmm.gif
Mayb my theory can't stand on this situation because Im not familiar with the TAB mechanism. wink.gif

This is another prove that show cold air intake increase efficiency of engine.

Bro,
I cant make 100% of the world population to be clear of doubt. I also doubt this thing, so small yet gives so many driver out there a new hope of life to their ride. What can i say, it works! I am no engineer or scientist , so i cant answer much of your theory questions.

Regarding cold air or hot air , cold air have more oxygen but hot air burn easier. This is just some of my understanding during few years of reading on the internet on how to save fuel or have better combustion.

Btw, that why i dont have a CAI in my car. Hot air gets better mileage as i tested, cold air only gets power (that why night time u feels more power but FC is not improved). If you read or see on "ang mo" website, they use all sort of ways to get hot air, hot fuel and hot water (use thermostat setting to 90c example) and gain more mileage.

Just for some reading..Why hot air?

http://ecomodder.com/forum/showthread.php/...y-why-5448.html

"Cold air does make more power. It does this by allowing you to burn more fuel at a given throttle opening.

To get the same amount of power as you'd get with a "normal air" intake, you indeed close the throttle some. But you're burning about the same amount of fuel you burned making that level of power, and a more-closed throttle means that your engine has to work harder to draw the air through that opening.

Warm air makes you open the throttle more for a given amount of power. But you are still burning that same basic amount of fuel, more or less. But since your throttle is open wider, your engine doesn't have to work as hard to draw the air in. This reduces "pumping losses", making the car slightly more fuel efficient."

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Warm_air_intake

"Warmer air is less dense, and thus contains less oxygen to burn fuel in. The car's ECU compensates by opening the throttle wider to admit more air. This, in turn, decreases the resistance the engine must overcome to suck air in. The net effect is for the engine to intake the same amount of oxygen (and thus burn the same amount of fuel, producing the same power) but with less friction losses, allowing for a gain in fuel economy, at the expense of top-end power."

Hope it can clear your doubt.

This is a good explaination =D , you improved my knowledge about this thing. I was doubting izit my study can relate to daily life, hahaha.
I might consider to get 1 ltr since my budget is tight. Thanks to clear my doubt anyway thumbup.gif
