Hi bro, the listed price and S&H are already the best we can do.

We concentrate mainly in typical online way of trading, for meet-up sale, we can only do cash-on-collect at our office, please note that we charge half of West Malaysia courier charges as COC admin fees, besides, our office is not at an easy-to-locate area - somewhere near (but not in) Sri Gombak. Do let us know if you are OK with the above 2 points, so that we can PM you with further details.

Regards,
KT

Hi Casey,

Does your caddy work with HP DV6-6168TX? Basically to replace the blu-ray drive. Kindly PM me the details or COD anywhere in Klang Valley. Thanks..

Hi bro, it is good if you can dismantle and take out your current drive to check which version you should opt for, as we have no idea what specs your current OD is having, there are too many model in the market, and the changes are rapid, too.

Cheers,
KT

Ok I managed to take out the drive out to measure. The top dimensions matches your picture but the thickness slightly less than your measurement..by 0.7mm

Anyway it's a SATA drive Blu-Ray ROM drive.

Hi bro, if the measurement does not match, not advisable to buy, as laptop computers are rather high precision equipments, probably that HP drive is a customized size, some manufacturer like to do that so that the users have no choice but to buy the so-called "original" replacement parts smile.gif

KT

TQ bro, it is very kind of you.

So it is like I earlier suspected in our PM correspondence, it is a custom size (it does not look like 9.5mm neither), luckily we have a "sifu" like you here. It looks like HP Compaq very fond of doing "customize", earlier I know they like to put BIOS whitelists for their various hardware, now this size thing add to the list.

KT
