Before I posted that, I did read from post 1. Sad to hear that after all the trouble, all the victims didnt even want to put in effort. At least his pictures and stuff are published. Nvm. good job guys! |

Citizen's Arrest.
I don't have my Criminal Procedure Code on hand, so can't really go into details. It's section 27(1) I think, and basically, you could band together, arrest the guy and turn him over to the police at the earliest opportunity. Then they really have to do something. |
