Sorry for bumping, but I am looking for an Acoustic Guitar with a budget of 350 with bag. Looking at the Custom Acoustic FG701, but wondering is there a better alternative? How's the FG701 or Yamaha F310?

The Yamaha F310 seems to be the best for it's price range, current pricing puts it out of your budget though.
Here's a 2nd hand one in Garage Sales, no bag, but you can haggle for tuner or capo, good price IMO, I would get it if I needed another acoustic, but I don't.

If budget is tight I recommend to check out the Craftsman guitars in CK Music. There are a tonnes of good cheap guitars out there but apparently only theirs are setup properly IMHO, and it makes a lot of difference.

I was searching lowyat before and I found some pretty cheap MIC fender strat for 630 (of course its a copy = ="), but is it any good? or I would rather buy a squier strat?
How about ibanez though?

What type of music you wanna play? Acoustic and electric got big difference in terms of your musical style. As a beginner, you shouldn't concern yourself too much with getting a high end guitar yet. Acoustic you can just get a cheap one that ranges from RM100 to RM300. Just so you can learn the basics on it and see if acoustic is the way to go for you. Electric, you can find those starter packs in almost any guitar shop.

Most important thing is to determine what you wanna play first. Rock, classical, blues, metal, pop, etc. If electric, the best advice I can give when selecting a guitar is to go to a shop and pick whichever one interest you and just feel it. See if you like the weight, neck thinness, shape, etc. Then just strum a few chords on it unplugged to see if you like the sound unplugged cause chances are if you like an electric's sound unplugged then you'll generally be happy with the sound plugged in.

For now, can't advice much cause I don't know what music you wanna play.

MIC fender = fender squier

generally their teles are alright but it depends on what you want. we cannot help you to find a guitar because guitars are not like computers where you look at features and shit.

But you can imagine how the tone will sound like based on the wood used and the pickups installed.
