Mine is 2.5 and tested on MEX straight road (after Bukit Jalil exit). have seen it reached at 200 KMph and could still go higher. Because of the speed, i was too scared to have it pass 200 KMph mark and slow down..

don know about anyone else, scary to drive at that speed.

Bro Webboy, total $1,400 with paint. Do you think the rear skirting nice? Would it a bit agressive ? In fact I try to get the original but they said the supplier can not sell to them bcos supplying to TC.

From the picture, I dont really like the rear skirting, the artificial exhaust tail pipes looked a bit "misplaced" to me, so anyone has recommendation for the bodykits?

Something weird happen to me today, which i need some advice from 2.5 owners.

I went out for lunch today and remember locked my car. About 5 PM, I got a call from a friend that my car engine and LED daylight was still running. I rushed to my car and indeed the it was true but luckyl the door was locked.

Only damage I saw was my petrol bar went slight down, due to runing for few hours. the only thing that is strange is should not the car engine stop cause my car imobilizer with me?

I might have forgotten to switch off car (electric start) but should I have some kind of alarm or engine auto cuts off? should Teana 2.5 edition (or 2.0 as well) should be worried as this could be security flaws?

Hey All,

After called my contact in Tan Chong Service Center, I was told that this is normal behaviour which both Teana 2.0 and 2.5 has. This is because engine sound is so low that users tend to forget swithing off Car. For 2.0 is not that much of a problem because you still need to slot in the key to before can Push button ignition, for 2.5 users, there is no need to slot in the key as you can ignite with simple push botton.

Neverthelss i was assured that the car will eventually stop if driven without Immobiliser key. I was suggested to alwasy put my key into the slot, thus remembering that there is a need to remove and slot in each time I do Push button ignition. To me that's a weird suggestion but there is no way around to stop from happening again, unless i tend to remember swithing off the car. Think from this experrience, i will be phobic enought to double check if i really switched of my Car 

Something that I thought worth sharing.

Today driven my colleague Camry to outstation together with him, and I found the Camry tire noise is quite noisy when the speed above 80km/h, and the suspension is too Japanese if compare to my Teana, even my colleague found that my Teana is much better in riding quality and noise insulation, especially going over those uneven road surface, I think this is because of Renault and Nissan both designed this new D-platform, which you can feel a little bit of conti feel, mix with japs comfortness.

What i like is the speeds sensing system in our power steering.... Give me solid confidence feel when driving at high speed.....  

Anybody know the size teana 2.0 front speaker? Is it 6.5 inches or 4 inches?

Hi all Teana kaki out there, anyone hav air cond prob? My car blow out hot air since tis afternoon. Nearly faint in the car... lol... Btw A/C is turned ON alr, anything goes wrong? Thanks all for sharing

Yup will fininsh the free 40k service sooner since my average monthly mileage are 5k....   so far no saman yet just check it at pdrm website

jus went to seksyen 13 nissan tan chong, plan to check out for teana 2.0...comparing with accord...wat kind of service is tat...tat sales assistant jus like tak layan, he think i cant afford....when i ask for test drive, really wanna compare de feel as i went for accord test drive earlier on...he said, no test drive available, car key nt here la...bla bla bla....then tat all, leave me alone there...

wat kind of service is this? tat is, i jus walk away to pick up an accord....no more nissan for me...

i have something like to share with u all .
see have any solutions for me or not ?
1) inside my car have a lot of sound , especially from the gear box that whole wood . always have vibration sound !
2) when raining i can listen very well of raining sound come from the door !
3) when moto cross by my car my push start button there have electric sound !
already complain more than 10 times !
this 3 problem still can not fix !

yes . i do ! the sound come from middle plastic place which in gear box !
i send to batu caves .
really dissapointed to this car !

I may be slightly delayed replying to this, but I must say, there is no such negative performances on Teana, any machines are bourne to have some techincal problem, which can be sorted, repaired. I am sure you will agree that even if you purchase Camr, Accord, you would not know until to have driven your car.

I do admit posting some issues which is meant to be shared and fix, so others don have to undergone any pain to look for solutions. anyway, as other Teana Bro have suggested, better have test drive and you will know the difference. Normally TC Showrooms have 2.5L as test drives, but I am sure for your own satisfaction, you want to pressure Sales Agent to drive 2.0L and have your own judgement.

If you must know the advantages have Teana, please refer to the below comments, which i feel very happy owning Teana

1. The sense of Luxury drive Teana, you will not know until you drive often
2. FC seems good for me, nor doubt others may compare with their car, I always get 600KM each full tank. this is again my personal driving method as sometimes I like to speed and sometimes I like to cruise
3. I've took friends, colleague and family in my car and they feel good confort, they don even feel the car accelerate

I can go on and on bragging about Teana, which real point i am trying to convey is I do not se any problems owning one! Anyway, just for your info, I purchased the metalic Grey and own 2.5L. Accelerate is superb and sometimes scary as I can touch 200 Kmph! Anyway I have friend who owns 2.0 L and it's eaqually powerful and confortable as 2.5.

Hope this clarifies and it's up to you to make your own choise what car you prefer

Aiya... means just change the lamp to projector and with day light running lights? the rear still same one or also similar to the face lift from China?

Complaint to TC and they mentioned its the fuel tank, today realized the driver side rear door is flooded with water! Lifted the rubber from bottom and water was coming out...

Any V6 owner here ? ....can let me know ...in Kl City Drive...how is the FC ???

Planning to get one .. but scare high maintenance on V6 engine and FC ...
