You mean the electric noise come from the Push start button? That's weird, the noise is it something like short cuicuit noise? Whatever motorbike passing by will also generate this kind of wierd noise?

Oh, ic, then in this 50:1 ratio, it will be very hard to rectify the problem, I guess probably it is something loose inside, and when a certain type of motorbike (those with very loud exhaust pipe type) will causing the loose parts vibrating causing short circuit like weird noise. I think the only thing you can do now is demand TC to open up the push start engine button and check inside whether got any loose parts or wiring, if everything is ok, demand TC to change a new push start engine button and try whether the noise will come again or not.

After about 3 to 4 weeks without reply from the tyre shop nor TCEAS regarding my tyre issue, I sent them a reminder today. Immediately, someone from KL called me to confirm an appointment on next Monday to check about the vibration. I was confused. Apparently the appointment was for another car/owner. From this, it seems that there are many instances of noise/vibration on this car. Sad.

Is it the tire problem causing the car vibrating at high speed and tire noise? If yes, your Teana is fitted with Continental Comfort contact 2?

Brother, I heard it before also, and from my friend information, he told me that Continental is willing to accept back those affected tires with the percentage of the tread available, if the tread is left 50%, then can get back the 50% of normal price.

Haiz... while i went out for lunch, I notice funny feeling when driving my car. Later came to realise that laminated wood panel has chipped... Maybe going to TC Service Center and see how they going to compansate... which i prefer the whole streering change rather than a patch up. any one of existing owners have this problem? Dude, the 2.0 actually is quite responsive to drive, even you can drive up to 200km/h without problem, so far, if not mistaken, the 2.0 is selling more units than the 2.5.

Hopefully, called up the tyre shop this afternoon, still waiting for report. I have 3 to 4 tyres with this problem. What if they are worn out more than 50%. For the compensation, will they give me cash of the balance tread or make up the difference of the price of a new tyre. What if I don't want the Continental tyres and the shop doesn't have the brand that I want?
