Sure you can change plan. But if under contract period, you'll have to pay a termination fees, which I don't know how much. And also had to pay up the subsidies price for the phone.need to ask something regarding Maxis plan.

This kind of question you should straight ask Maxis not here. Call up 123. No one here can give you exact answer.
If you plan to change plan later, why should you take 2 years contract?
