i suspect that you kena the same issue with my brother, he just switch from normal postpaid to iphone plan. there's a period where you shouldn't use your data plan 1st as it's not activated until next billing date. so, all the data you used will be counted as normal postpaid plan, and that's why your line was interrupted.

i doesnt call much , and doest use much 3G , but bill is RM255 -,-

my FB always on haha . but i used a apps called Quota , it show i used 500mb ++ only . and today i go MC asked , they said my bill RM255 is becoz , when the day i purchase phone is on 11/11 , and the bill out on 14/11 , but the bill on 14/11 is ady RM125 . till 14/12 the bill is 130.40 , so total is 255.40 . confusing T T

No & Yes.
- No, you don't really need to sign up for any plans at all to buy the iP4 outright as long as you are an existing maxis subscriber.
- Yes, you'll be asked at the collection counter if you want to buy the second unit which every customers are entitled to 2 units per purchase.

FYI, I've got 4 units, 3 units bought outright and 1 unit with iData Plan. Cheers!

I just got my Maxis iPhone 4. Last unit of the day. But when I check the phone rite, the home button a bit recessed and wobbly. The Power and volume buttons also wobbly. They shake about a bit when u push on it. Is it possible to ask Maxis to change the phone for me? And must it only be done at the Maxis centre where i bought the phone or any Maxis centre also can?

Sent it in for RMA... By rite, any maxis centre will do... Unless they came up whatever stupid reason then u need to sent it to the place where u got it
