sorry for the noob question since this is my first property. I just want to know when do i need to pay my first installment for the house mortgage. My bank has not disbursed the full amount yet and as such, I can't get the key.I am wondering, whether I need to start paying effectively after the full amount is disbursed or the VP date as per the letter from KP land.

i have been outside the unit which was on fire, the entrance was already barricaded, could not see much damage though. most of the fire is around the dry kitchen area according to one of the worker. I also heard that the unit is used by KP land as a storage area and temporary accommodation for their worker.

What I am quite scare is that, i see most of the work which require electricity those worker will just use two wires connected directly to the electrical switches without any plug. This is extremely hazardous as it can create spark if not handled properly.

I have confirmed with Maxis that they can only provide broadband after unifi is available in 288. They confirmed that it is just a repackage deal using the same telekom/unifi backbone. Also i heard from management that we will have wired broadband by july. Hopefully this will materialise
