ya that propose project as per according to the board is 100 units with 3.5 floors of parking thr's 2 concern here. it's kena kiap between prima apartment + low cost flat maybe will affect the appreciation, i dunno i just guess, and another thing is if not mistaken it's a commerical lot title. not only that with 100 units, the per unit cost share for monthly total maintenance is gonna be high, never gonna make it for less than 20 cents.

this new project is surrounded by prima apt and low cost apt and guess wat the road around it is not only small and jamn but is fully parked with car and to make thing worst, the road surface is extremely rough and with EXTREME big poth holes! My God my kancil oso can feel the pain leow i dunno what about those luxury car punya low profile tyre 45series
