Very good location for oldtown or papa rich or even other big franchise to open their business there. Not now, but the coming future when everyone moves in.

for me i rather don't hope all these big franchise come and open...

these will make the place crowd and noisy like Genting Court,Prima Setapak Area.....

the guard house and parking entrance and the lift lobby is consider separate... thats wat our big brochure said la tat y 4 tier.

Pretty impressive brochure there. the pool and sun deck is what really attract me.

SG will need 5 tier security in order to win    pretty bleak.

Unless they add another 1 at each floor.

Its crazy, unless buy for own stay or just satisfied v little margin when flip. It almost impossible for a leasehold medium-rise condo sized 1300++ reached RM450k and above...

but setapak worth that much or not?

Price should increase at least 3% to 5%, that is the inflation...
Although the official number is about 2% to 2.5%...
