now i`m getting serious. before, i just workout at home with a gym station that my dad bought. i NEVER had a chance to do barbell deadlift, barbell squat, ect. just using a 30 kg dumbell. and now, it feels light.

got a new gym opened near my house. it just a small gym. the membership is rm 100/month. what do you guys think about the price? ok ah?

yeah. i`ll try to survey tomorrow. but i have no other choice though. that is the only gym in my place sweat.gif
if not much equipment, maybe i`ll just buy a barbell and a bench. tongue.gif

30kg dumbell curl is imposible for me lol. tongue.gif

i`m talking about squat/deadlifts.
15 kg per dumbell.
both dumbells so its 30kg
i used both to do dumbell squat/deadlift..
i did 12 x 5 and did'nt feel much pain the day after.

i already got a gym station at home ( chest press,legpress,pulldowns,rows,ect)
BUT, i dont have a barbell and wide range of weight plates.
they are expensive and i dont think i got space for barbell excercise in my house. doh.gif
thats why i need to go to gym

i dont do curl much. just once a week. i did compound mostly biggrin.gif

i know there is a cheap creatine which in rm 100+ for 1kg. what brand ah?
i forgot already. ego i think..

my EAS creatine almost finished already.

just got back from gym. the trainer forced me to do 30 min cardio first. zzzz.

after that i was tired to lift,
i can only do 12x3 40kg leg press , 12x4 30/25 kg leg extension....

i dont have to do cardio evrytime to warm up right?
i usually warm up by doing that exercise with a light weight and high reps...

i`m surveying for one cheap 1kg creatine in the garage sales... but most of them are either expensive or got no stock..

had a great back and bicep session this morning!
great back excercise. i can feel the pump on my lats.

for bicep, i think today is the most sets i ever did to it. doh.gif
normally i just go easy on bicep and focus more on back.

the PROBLEM is, when i`m back from the gym, i got bicep cramp!! cant fold my arms doh.gif
sometimes i got this. and it will go away after an hour or so.
but today, untill now i cant fold my arms.

so, any tips guys? notworthy.gif

total 0f 12 sets of 10 reps.. ( ez curl , preacher , alternate, concentration ) sweat.gif
next time, i would stick to just 6-7 sets. focus more on my back..

i`m new to those preacher, ez bar and barbell. i asked a senior member to teach me on all those.

i never had any cramp on other muscle despite how many sets i train them.

i love doing back excercise. i remember doing DB rows, pull down, bent over rows, 6-5 sets each. i never had any muscle cramp.

usually got muscle cramp only on bicep and calves.

chest and tricep today.

how long did u rest between sets?

i got maximum pump indeed but i dont have endurance.
i got tired easily and my hands are shaking today. doh.gif

my pre workout today -
1-2 hour before
fist size rice + chicken breast and wings (baked) + kang kung rebus

30 mins before
1 scoop superpump

do i need more carbs?

there is a big guy did a bench press of 100kgs for a bout 10reps i think.
i heard the infamous "yeah buddy!!" war cry on his first rep tongue.gif

i dont see anyone deadlift and squat in my gym. most of them swears by the leg press machines.

when i deadlift, those in the gym gives me wtf look.
i dont think i`m doing wrong though.
i asked the trainer there to check my form.

heck i hardly see someone do barbell bend over rows and as always, i got the "wtf is he doing" look. doh.gif doh.gif

most of the just come in the gym walking around ,doing some bicep curl,sit ups, then stare at the mirror fixing their hair. then i gave them the 'wtf look' back tongue.gif
