hey guys, a quick question for deadlift.

Im stumbled upon a question about my back when im doing deadlift is that when i saw some vid on how to do a deadlift, Usually the back of that person will like a concave shape rite? But everytime i try to do, my back just couldnt get it right its like a convex shape and i know it will hurt my back in the long run. So i need some tips on how to maintain that kind of concave back shape wjile doing deadlift. Im doing 45kg deadlift for the first time. and i would like to know how many reps and sets should i do! Cheers!

for me, i just keep my back straight, chest out, face stare at the mirror. there a lot of pros in here with better tips.

practice in front of a mirror with just the bar/light weight until u got the form right.
better be safe than sorry bro smile.gif

i would eat for what i`m about to do in the next 3 hours. repeat. l
less work, reduce carbs.
going to do hardwork,increase carb.
protein is basicly high for all meal.
i read about this on someone's blog ( forgot who he is)

i`ve been doing this for about 3 weeks now. so far i`m bulking okay without too much fat gain like before.

Hi, guys. Been taking ON Whey Protein for more than 2 weeks now. It seems to be that ON supplements are not that effecient. I will still recommend Nitrotech.

i dont really care about which brand of whey protein better.
i just got the cheapest i can get. the result is... i dont know.
the same actually.

this 2 months i've lay off a bit from whey. i just use it for post workout and before bed.

i cooked my chickens, meats, eggs. the result? awesome!
(at least for me..)

my point is..come on... whey is whey despite what other brands say how better their product is.
as long as it gets the job done, ( which is suply a quick protein!)
i am satisfied.
