guise,

is it ok to increase 1.25KG weights for dumbells every week?

btw if the weight sampai 10,15 i will use it for a week before increasing

eg:week 1 - 5KG
week 2 - 6.25
week 3-7.5
week 4-8.25
week 5 - 10KG
week 6 - 10KG
week 7 - 11.25KG

good idea, bad idea?

btw just finished my routine for madcow 5x5

now im setting my own routine biggrin.gif

I'm 67kg now...2 weeks ago its was 65kg..n my target for this 3 months is 70kg

wake up earlier and cook? brown rice,oats and wholemeal bread are my usual carbs..no time in the morning? blend 10-15spoons of oats with milk and gulp it down(i do that sometimes)

TUPPERWARE TUPPERWARE TUPPERWARE..no reason not to eat brah..i even eat in the car when its time...4000-4500cals a day is what u should be aiming for

supplements are called supplements for a reason..they complement u..not one single supplement will suddenly make u grow faster(if u cycle on that dbol or hgh then mayb)

like i always like to stress..u want results?

4) ??????
5) Profit!!

i know brah, but i just want to try, i know many of my friends who give up exercising when i told them about the truth of six packs lols

btw mine is like

mon - lift
tue - cardio ( HIIT or Circuit )
wed - lift
thur - cardio ( hiit or circuit )
fri - lift
sat - cardio ( hit or circuit )

plus 4 months holiday here thats why i macam exercise a lot

can /fit/ help me with my diet ( lose weight diet )

Breakfast
- Omelette ( Mozarella, Baby Spinach, Tomato, 3 or 2 eggs )
- Sausages ( for the sake of saturated fat )
- Fruits ( Apples or Oranges )
- Wholemeal Bread
- Oat
- Plain water

Post Lunch
- Fruits or wholemeal bread
- plain water

Lunch
- Basmathi rice
- Chicken or Fish
- Gajillion of veggies
- Fruits
- Plain water

Post Workout ( 1 hour before workout )
- Fruits
- plain water

After Workout
- Protein Shake (ON GOLD STANDARD WHEY, add low fat milk and oatz)

Dinrar!
- similar to lunch, but like cut half of what i ate on lunch, i dont really eat much on dinner

1 hour before sleep

- Fruits and plain water

extra info:
- Fruits that i eat can be vary, eg: sometimes i eat only apple, sometimes apple and orange, sometimes banana etc

can /fit/ suggest me what should i add more? eg:nuts bla bla bla
