Depends, im on keto and i dont take carbs much
Get my carbs from my myofusion and perhaps 100ml of milk if i have any in the fridge
Or usually i have stir fry broccolis from leftover dinner

guys once im done with my keto, ill take sometime to rest n begin my bulking programme

while whole food are always the best choice, what about supps?
i know some mass gainers are purely worthless sugars

can anyone suggest?
gaspari has stuff like size on and real mass n im still perplexed as to their purposes?
i mean real mass is just myofusion with more carbs imo and i tot sizeon is creatine mix

im still under fever since last friday
i ran for the energizer marathon which exacerbated the fever
and now its still running albeit mild
cant even consume protein cuz i'll vomit after that

i think my arm size just got smaller and smaller

guys
i need to up my caloric intake (my carb to protein ratio sucks)
what's ur suggestion when it comes to carbs?
are rice and bread and fruits shitty?
i just got out of keto and now focusing on clean bulk
i got some definition but tak keras

eat 10 eggs a day with all yolk, people all bising suruh buat blood test lah, and cakap tak sihat
makan ayam satu ekor or 2 ekor or have nandos like twice a day people also said can get high blood pressure etc
when im on keto, i makan ayam half only without rice, people marah

there'll be lotsa reaction by people but who cares
its been like that for the past 3 years i've been working there
but thats on food
i everyday bawak my gym peripherals up to my office on level 69, people cakap "mau balik kampung ka?"
hahahaha
