Assuming 70% loan, means need to folk out 30%, or 1.2mil, and monthly instalment is Rm15k. Well done !! |

Some of the early buyers have taken legal actions against the developer, while the developer still launches the new phases.
The completed units still not good for move in as the other phases which shares the same entrance still under construction. |
