I am sure many people doesnt even know this project exist because during 2012 launching, Empire Residence was launched parcel by parcel and it is so limited that Empire group regulars, Internal people & Business associates already bought everything available. By looking at the concept itself and the location, buyers dont even ask about the layout, details, misc fees, not even looking at pictures... Buyers no question asked and fight for units. This is the most impressive Gated & Guarded concept development in the market today, located in the hilltop of Damansara Perdana and i believe there will never be another development that can replace this. So i called it a Limited edition property.
Empire Residence with a total of 700 units of that sits on a 60 acres land hill top in Damansara Perdana. Cumon, 60acres with 700units means 1acres for 11 units. For condomonium 1 acre how many unit? 300-400units. For normal Landed house 1 acres can build how many units? 15-20. So i tell you this is a SUPER LOW density G&G Resort Town Villas development.
With the price of RM4,100,000, (RM300psf++) The series that i buy is a 15,000sf Super link Modern contemporary Resort style Villa, new launch at Parcel 11 called "DOLCÈ" series with only 16 units on the highest point of the hilltop.
There are other limited edition series such as "Brownstone Series" (15 units) 7500sf with Lift, which resembles the old english Colonial style super link house with private pool right infront your courtyard.
This is not only concept, talking about "LOCATION", i can tell you this property sits in the MOST HAPPENING township in the whole Malaysia, "Damansara". Without even require to drive into central of CBD Kuala Lumpur, Everything is just within 5-10minutes driving of 2-3km radius.
