guys!! things to note regard the warranty!!! just received call from nokia.

at the back of the phone, there is 1 plastic sticker,attached together is sirim,avax and imei sticker.

U must stick the sticker to warranty card! and if u want claim any fault, must bring the warranty card.

if not u cant claim the warranty.

those sticker are the stickers that are normally inside ur phone under ur battery one, the SIRIM, one from nokia that state when ur warranty starts

if BuFung is right about smartphone having 0 tax, means no matter what is announced, the phones WE might choose wont be affected at all...

last time can open up check sticker to see if ur warranty is valid mah, but this one...since all the sticker are outside and u stick it on warranty card edi, they cant check using the same method also

no need to bring anything last time... they don't really trust ur sticker also...

they have ur IMEI recorded in their system.. they key in the IMEI, match.. u are good to go....

that is NCC I deal before...

and.. If ur sticker like very close.. like 1 month to go for expired.. then u need warranty card to prove ur warranty still there... coz In their system warranty maybe already over...

ya..they check online ur imei,whether still cover for warranty or not, they refer to production date. 13months from that date.

yes,they check online, been use the system before,13months from date of production or distribution.
