Yup i think is scam. Buying drums, I prefer to see it in real person than just pictures. They're big items.
Ya guys, since im still a noob in the drum stuff, i need your help. I wanna add some drum infos on the main page. Can u guys list out the drum makers in the market now and their ranking. Such as the top drum makers that suck big portion of your money until the lower end drum makers. I can only think of Pearl, Tama, Sonor as the big drum makers cuz they're famous |

QUOTE(gary_wildchild @ Oct 15 2010, 01:28 AM) Hey guys... Im currently looking for a drummer who plays metal to form a band. Dont have to be pro, as long as u play similar styles is good enough. Influences Trivium, Children of Bodom, Cacophony, Megadeth, Metallica, Symphony X, Lamb of God. U shud state your location so is easier for ppl interested. Later like me different location again |

Why? got pics? its different from the rockstar right? uhave many friends selling off drums recently And guys, I have a friend selling off a Tama Royalstar circa 1980's 7 piece refurbished RM1.7k, comes with Paistehats, a Paiste 505 vintage 18' crash and a mini China. He's also selling off a really old (60's/70's) Paiste Formula 602 Flat Ride. PM for more info. Sounds BRILLIANT. |

sorry i noob so ask this question
difference between kancil and bmw is bmw more comfortable inside, got extra function, good seat, handling better and more spacious. And is luxury car. So difference between cheap and expensive snare is the quality of material means can hit 1million times b4 spoil compare to cheap hit 1000 times spoil? How about sound? Is it certain sound that the snare produce will be more expensive or cheap and expensive snare oso can produce that sound? |

yeah but seriously, what makes an expensive snare drum expensive? Is it the material and workmanship only? Like maybe 7 ply maple more expensive than 5 ply maple and pearl more expensive than mapex..
not that it creates special sound or wat that makes it expensive? like dat i better go for medium price snare la.. not so cheap that it broken within 1000 hits and also nto so expensive that i have to eat white rice every month.. agree? |

thnx for the tips theflip.
Also wanna ask another question is, can i get a certain sound from the snare just by tuning it correctly and putting the drum heads? Or the sound depends wholely on the material either maple, how many ply and i need buy that kind of snare to get the sound i want? |
