hmm...
plan to get flash too...
wanna ask...kit lens also take some time to focus in low light situation?
lets say indoor shots n i choose d focus point on d subject's eye
then lets say d lighting is from above (which casts shadows on d face which make d face darker) < duno how to explain nicely here
so isit more difficult for kit lens to focus on d eyes in dis case?

no la..not that rich la...i think its 700+ difference and thought it has better functions and its quite value for money. Just that because i'm new to DSLR and i'm afraid that its hard to use the functions etc. So the 550d and 60d is easy to handle for newbie like me??
*
ya!
550d is omos same as 500D
when i 1st bought it...i jz browse through d menu..try out d buttons...snap some pictures...u will knw how to use it in short time.
not sure bout 60D thou...better ask 60D users.but from review i tink it is almost similar
technique n skill wise u hv to gain experience urself

No offense, isn't that's what Lomography is all about? “Don't Think, Just Shoot”?

From wiki: "Lomography emphasizes casual, snapshot photography. Characteristics such as over-saturated colors, off-kilter exposure, blurring, "happy accidents," and alternative film processing are often considered part of the "Lomographic Technique."[citation needed] Users are encouraged to take a lighthearted approach to their photography, and use these techniques to document everyday life, as the Lomo LC-A's small size, simple controls, and ability to shoot in low light encourages candid photography, photo reportage, and photo vérité through the much-touted "10 Golden Rules."[2]"

d rules are somewhat similar to street photography IMO
anyway...since it is LOMO...d quality isnt d first priority
some of my frens take lomo shots...quality ok ok la but d pictures speak and mean a lot seriously
=)

The lenses in KLPF are extremely expensive.
So far, only Tokina's lenses seem reasonable. Sigma and Tamron totally shakehead.gif
