Actually received my BGS Complete Series and The Plan as well. Opened it up and saw so many disc and was kind of lazy to open and test them all. But I thought just to be safe, so what the hell and open up the case for season 1, and I got  shocking.gif seeing what's inside the case. Disc 1 present, and next to it, The Bourne Ultimatum disc instead of disc 2  shocking.gif

Proceed to take a pic and send a love letter to Amazon UK.  mad.gif

the moral of the story... don't buy bds from Amazon UK unless price is really the main factor for you to buy one! tongue.gif i've heard so many stories - some bds from uk arrived without seal and one even found a sales receipt (bought elsewhere) inside.. wtf!?! shocking.gif

Yeah I bought from them cause it's cheaper but service really not as good as US one. They just replied asking me to give them the amount it would cost to send it back and they will refund to me immediately and I can return the item back to the after they refund it. It's not that I do not want to return the BD, but they should know how troublesome it is for us overseas customer to do that, and I expect a bit more than just sending replacement and asking me to return the BD.

Amazon has some of the titles from $19.99 - $53.99 (insane). Local store prices are lot cheaper.
That's where mine comes from ;o)

There are some online retailers that you can buy from but they do not ship to MYS directly.

Amazon US also like that. Their will ask you at very beginning "how much costs for you to sending back?" rclxub.gif

Don't worry. You can inform them later when you know the final costs for sending back. By the way, how to calculate our labour charge for sending back? hmm.gif tongue.gif

How you gonna show them the "labour" charges when you send the goods back?
Do you need to show them a proof or something? that you have sent the items back and the charges for claim?

Yeah the labour cost and the trouble so I ask them for a partial refund for BGS, and they gave me back 6GBP. Also ask them to refund my shipping charges cause UPS never get the parcel to me on time, 1 was stuck at KLIA for a day and the other was stuck for 2 days and it's not due to custom or anything, just sitting in their warehouse probably.

Interesting. I remember watching it in the cinema when it hit the big screen years ago but I don't recall a lot of action, as opposed to Saving Private Ryan or Band of Brothers. Felt it had a tad bit too much drama for my liking. blush.gif
